ArtaudPescado Rabioso

Listen, this is Spinetta. An artist born in Argentina. Singer, guitarist, composer and poet, who went through many chapters of his life creating music. This was his band in the early 1970s. Here, Spinetta sounded like Spinetta In 1973, at just 23 years old, he made *Artaud*. It was a Pescado Rabioso album. A great rock band: blues, psychedelic rock, distorted guitars and raw energy. But by the time *Artaud* was recorded, the band had effectively broken apart. Spinetta continued anyway. On his own terms He recorded the album with his brother Gustavo Spinetta, and with Emilio del Guercio and Rodolfo García, his former colleagues from Almendra, his first band. The record was essentially Spinetta's personal statement. The electric fury of Pescado Rabioso gives way to acoustic guitars, unusual harmonies, intimate vocals and surreal poetry. The title refers to French poet and playwright Antonin Artaudwhose work deeply affected Spinetta. He had been reading Artaud's books about Heliogabalus and Vincent van Gogh. Spinetta later explained: “The album was a response to the suffering that comes from reading his works.” That sentence may be the best key to the record. If you have to choose just one song, play Cantata de puentes amarillos And if you like that, play Bajan— one of his most beautiful melodies. You don't need to understand Spanish to begin. Enjoy the trip.

Abbey Road (Remastered)The Beatles

Cuando conocí Abbey Road ya la banda se había separado. En ese, mi primer mundo musical, canciones como "Something" y "Here Comes the Sun"; Sun King, She Came In Through the Bathroom Window, Golden Slumbers y Carry That Weight; y Come Together, se convirtieron en una rutina necesaria.
