Most people think of Joe Jackson’s music as the jazzy, melodic piano Night and Day album and beyond, but to me in 1979 as a teenage kid, this album was the point of convergence where punk met New Wave. Now I am as old as Methuselah and to this day this album always puts me in a great mood. Musically, Melodically and lyrically this album is a 10, must have.
