First lp to listen to of god. Hard times got me. I dug that right away. That was it. Then five concerts across pacific later I am still in love with his music.

I LOVE Eric Clapton but this album came out a few years after high school for me, Id been in this horrible relationship, I'd broken up with him and moved on a whim to Boston and bought this cassette for the ride. By the time I got from just north of Albany, NY to Waltham, MA where my brother lived....I knew every note. Pretending I think is my favorite on here....But Journeyman started me on a path that I never expected and I come back to it time and again. Also fun fact, won a bar trivia contest one night in the mid 2000's against a bunch of 20 something yr olds that Clapton is the ONLY guitarist inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 3 times. 2 with bands (Yardbirds & Cream) and 1 solo!
