This is one of, if not the best, Mexican rock albums ever made. It’s no secret that Caifanes were heavily influenced by The Cure, and you can hear a lot of that influence throughout this album. FAVs: Afuera Miedo Aqui no es

TBH, I didn’t really know much about Bob Dylan until not too long ago. A mention of him in the movie Güeros, and of course the recent biopics, finally gave me a reason to dig into his music—and no regrets. He has a voice like no other. There’s something about it that brings a lot of calm. This is my favorite Arctic Monkeys album and, in my opinion, one of their most underrated. Pure alternative rock vibes with a different feel from their other records. This has to be their best album. The album cover is probably one of the most recognizable ever, along with Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon. I was just watching the documentary series 1971 and seeing again and again just how big their influence was—it’s crazy. These guys really changed the game.
